Here’s How It Works

It’s as easy as pie! Once you install and activate, the WooCommerce Pricing! bulk editor option appears in your main menu. The shop admin can access the bulk price and discount rules configurator and create custom rules based on:

1. Time periods
2. User roles
3. User accounts
4. Quantity (in the cart, stock levels, total sales, or number of purchases by the customer) or Amount spent (per item or cart total) or Product total sales

Bonus points! You can also set specific rules for individual products directly from their admin edit pages!

Important Note: Remove any manually assigned sale prices on products; our plugin will ignore those.

Price Rules Just Got a Major Upgrade

Using the WooCommerce Pricing! bulk editor, assign multiple price or discount rules to a set of products with a click! Each has options like:

• Product selection (bulk editor only)
• Category selection
• Assignment strategy (apply rules to selected products/categories or all except selected)
• Assign rules to “Children” categories

Here’s a golden nugget: product-defined pricing rules take precedence over bulk-defined ones. If both apply to the same product, the one specified on the product page will be king!

For unauthorized users who don’t match certain user roles or accounts, you can easily hide prices and add-to-cart buttons. If they have items in their cart prior to rule creation, they will be removed during checkout validation.

Important Reminder: Make sure your theme utilizes the correct WooCommerce actions to allow proper price removal.

Advanced Quantity and Spend Strategies

Want to apply bulk discounts when customers buy more than X of a category? Or spend Y on selected products? You can do that, too! WooCommerce Pricing! gives you the flexibility to select which quantities to consider, whether it’s individual products or categories.
