Notes for iOS/Android (thanks Apple and Google):
1. Autoplay? Not happening, it’s disabled on mobile devices.
2. Volume controls are physical. You’ll have to crank it up the old-fashioned way.
3. Update your ShoutCast server to at least v2.0 for iOS 11 compatibility.
4. Icecast 2.4 kh4/kh5 are also no-gos. Keep it updated!

Safari, Chrome & Firefox Notes:
1. Autoplay is out, so don’t get your hopes up with the newest versions.
2. Mixed requests? Chrome won’t allow it anymore. Use SSL links on HTTPS pages.
