How to Get Started

1. Import Points

i). Head to WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > Import Points Settings
ii). Hit the Import button
iii). Select a CSV file > Upload

iv). Once the CSV is uploaded, click Run the Importer to unleash the points!

Note: Export your CSV file easily with our Exporter for WooCommerce Points and Rewards for seamless imports.

2. Points Expiry Email Reminder

i). Go to WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > Send Points Expiry Reminder
ii). Set when to send out reminders by choosing days.

iii). Customize the email under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Points Expiry Reminder

i). Navigate to WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > User Roles Earning Settings
ii). Set point allocations for your user roles.

Note: Set a role value to 0 to prevent earning—default is 100%.
