Once installed and activated, a slick “WooCommerce Role-O-Matic” menu appears. From there, shop admins can easily access the Amounts Configurator or the Products Configurator to fine-tune their role assignment rules.
With the Amounts Configurator, set criteria for role assignments based on:
- Amounts spent (excluding taxes!)
- User roles
- Minimum and maximum spend amounts
- Product/category restrictions
Every time an order is placed, saved, or status updated, the plugin automatically checks and applies any matching “amount role rule” based on the current spend!
With the Products Configurator, roles can be assigned directly tied to the products purchased. Set expiration dates, apply purchase restrictions, and more — perfect for managing subscription plans or special promotions!
